This video demonstrates the complete user onboarding and authorization flow for Fairchance for CRM, submitted for Google OAuth verification.

The process begins with user sign-up, including OTP verification and password setup. After successful registration, the user selects a subscription package and proceeds to connect their Zoho CRM account. The app requests CRM organization access with full CRUD permissions on Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Call records, which are required to attach call recordings to CRM call logs.

Next, the user authorizes Google Drive access by selecting their Google account and approving the standard unverified-app warning. Fairchance for CRM requests read-only access to Google Drive files, strictly limited to locating and downloading call recording files. The user then selects a specific Google Drive folder via Google Picker, which is securely linked to the application.

Once authorization is completed, Fairchance for CRM can automatically retrieve call recordings from the selected Google Drive folder and attach them to the corresponding Zoho CRM call records.
