This webinar is hosted by the AST Transplant Pharmacy Community of Practice (TxPharm COP) and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), with support from the Kidney Pancreas (KPCOP), Liver and Intestinal (LICOP) and Thoracic and Critical Care (TCC COP) Communities of Practice.

Objectives:
1. Identify the strengths and limitations of utilization of Cystatin C to assess renal function in solid organ transplant populations, including recipients and donors.
2. Review literature evaluating the relationship of use of cystatin C to clinical outcomes.
3. Review medication dosing principles with Cystatin C and apply cystatin C-based eGFR to clinical case(s) in transplant.
