Ingredients:

Peanuts Chutney:

1/2 cup peanuts
10 - 12 garlic cloves
2 tsp groundnut oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
salt as per taste
pinch of asafoetida/hing
pinch of amchur powder/lemon juice

Seasame Seeds Chutney:

1/2 cup seasame seeds
5 - 6 garlic cloves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
salt as per taste
pinch of asafoetida/hing
pinch of amchur powder/lemon juice

Flax seeds Chutney:

1/2 cup flax seeds
7 - 8 garlic cloves
1 tsp groundnut oil
curry leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
salt as per taste
pinch of asafoetida/hing
pinch of amchur powder/lemon juice
