United re-Fresh Experience Advisory Council Co-Chair Claudia Villalobos from D'Arrigo California chats with our own Mary Coppola about the unique value of the industry's first collective experience for 2021.

What makes it an experience? Different from traditional 45 or 60 min education sessions, each experience is 90 minutes long. Some will be presentations, some panels of experts and some interactive throughout. Each will break into discussion groups for further opportunity to challenge and explore the topics with your peers following presentations.
