The video was recorded by this guy from Arizona - SMAK Graphics, he burned me a DVD in 2004...his master is probably much better if he's still around and held onto these gems. My DVD has been in storage for 15+years. The audio was really blown out too, so I took audio from another source and synced it together. The DVD I have is corrupt and only plays/rips a few songs.
