Daniel Ricciardo series DRS Driver interviews - what is it really like to drive in the series

Zenico Racing interviewed two drivers from the Daniel Ricciardo Series - Tom DACKINS who is a DRS owner driver and Charlie SIMMONS who is an arrive and drive karter, who has now jumped into DRS owner karting.

What is the DRS series?

The Daniel Ricciardo Series Arrive n Drive Academy days take place on a Saturday at every Daniel Ricciardo Series Race weekend. Drivers must complete an DRS Academy day of 4 x 10mins sessions. The day includes a detailed briefing and track walk , pre-event racing flag homework, driving evaluation and coaching plus a simulation practice start. If your driver passes they will receive a DRS certificate and will be race ready!
