आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) विधायक दल की बैठक में आतिशी को नेता चुना गया है. वो अब दिल्ली की नई मुख्यमंत्री होंगी. आतिशी आज (17 सितंबर) शाम को उप-राज्यपाल वीके सक्सेना से मुलाकात करेंगी और सरकार बनाने का दावा पेश करेंगी. विधायक दल की बैठक में अरविंद केजरीवाल ने मंत्री आतिशी को उनके स्थान पर अगला मुख्यमंत्री बनाने का प्रस्ताव रखा जिसे AAP विधायकों ने सर्वसम्मति से स्वीकार कर लिया. ये बैठक 20 से 25 मिनट तक चली.. सौरभ भारद्वाज, गोपाल राय और कैलाश गहलोत को पीछे छोड़ते हुए आतिसी अचानक सीएम रेस में कैसे आगे आ गई.. इसके पीछे भी कई वजह है। आतिशी ना सिर्फ केजरीवाल बल्कि मनीष सिसोदिया की भी सबसे भरोसेमंद नेता मानी जाती है..
