When I was brewing a batch of Coopers English Bitter, I accidentally managed to add Youngs Super Wine Yeast Compound in error thinking it was just a yeast nutrient.
Once the early stages of primary were finished (4 - 5 days), I racked the beer off into a second fermenter and after a couple of days, this was the sediment left behind. Equally as much as was in the initial fermenter before racking off.

I don't recall the sediment being like this the previous times I've done this beer. It's a very solid sediment indeed and it took a bit of swirling after I finished shooting this bit of video to get it to dissolve / suspend in the little amount of beer I left behind.

This accidental cross contamination or multistrain brew has given some different characteristics to the beer. Having brewed this kit beer a couple of times previously, I can tell you that it didn't ever smell OR taste this good.

After shooting this video, I collected all this sediment or trub and transfered it into a clean, sterile bottle and it's now stored in my fridge.
