To Make Chai Masala Powder

Cinnamon - 10 Grams
Green Cardamom - 10 Grams
Black Cardamom - 4 Nos
Cloves - 1 Tsp
Peppercorns - 5 Grams
Fennel Seeds - 5 Grams
Dry Ginger - 10 Grams
Piece Of Nutmeg
Mace

Method:

1. Heat a pan on low flame and to it add cinnamon, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, peppercorns, fennel seeds, dry ginger, nutmeg and mace.
2. Dry roast the ingredients on low flame for 10 mins and cool them completely.
3. Transfer them to a mixer jar and grind into a fine powder.
4. This Chai masala powder can be bottled and stored.
5. Now take a saucepan, add water and let it boil.
6. Then add tea granules and boil.
7. Later add ground chai masala powder and milk. Boil for 5 mins.
8. After the milk bubbles up, add sugar and boil for 2 mins. Turn off the stove.
9. Hot and aromatic Masala Chai is ready to be served with samosas and biscuits of your choice.
