Yavuz (Tolga Saritas), who has surrendered Nadya (Selin Deveci), moves away from the conflict area without giving Dragan (Sarp Akkaya) an opportunity. Meanwhile, Tim is about to intervene in the conflict. Yavuz knows how to get out of all this clamp because that's when his real plan will come into play; Dragan is moving step by step towards the trap set by Yavuz in the hope of getting his lover back.
April Dec (Mine Çayıroğlu), who has come together with the forces that finance terrorism as a result of the failures experienced, wants to draw a new road map. Dragan will be the key man of this roadmap. But having lost Nadya, Dragan is now about to lose confidence in April as well.
The only thing Dragan is sure of is that Nadya won't talk. But Yavuz manages to get the information from Nadya that will put him in a corner. He is the brother of information Dragan.
Acting on the information obtained by Yavuz, Tim raids the place where his brother is being held in order to capture Dragan. This raid will ignite a completely different chain of events, with Dragan forced to give up his brother's life at the cost of his own.

The Oath is a series showing that after the a attack Turkey has faced, twelve heroic Special Forces Soldiers with special abilities are assigned from all over the country. Their aim is to find and destroy the leader of this new and very dangerous terrorist organization, which makes trouble for our country. Under the leadership of First Lieutenant Yavuz, they fought with the enemy day and night under difficult conditions.
