This is based on the introductory Uloom al-Quran text called: Muqaddimah fi Uloom al-Quran.

This is to be used as an aid to learning and training.

Lessons are delivered by Ustadh Emad Elkheir.

Teacher Info: Emad Elkheir is a keen student and teacher of the Quranic sciences. He has Ijaazaat (licences to teach) in Tajweed, Uloom al-Quran and Tafseer. He mainly studied with some of the scholars in Sydney, Australia (where he resides), and also spent some time in Malaysia undertaking intense studies. In the field of Uloom al-Quran he has studied Uloom al-Quran by Ibrahim an-Ni'mah, Manzhoomah az-Zamzami and is currently completing a study of al-Itqaan by Imam as-Suyooti. He has taught and continues to teach in multiple centres in Sydney, Australia, as well as teaching some students in Melbourne, Australia.

Text Info: Muqaddimah fi Uloom al-Quran is a basic introductory text to the science of Uloom al-Quran. It covers the main topics of Uloom al-Quran, including first and last revelation, the gathering of the Quran, causes of revelation etc. It avoids going into too much detail for each topic.
