The world as we know it ended in an instant. A force beyond our comprehension roams the earth, unseen and yet, undeniable. Mankind must survive…in Bird Box Barcelona.

It’s an atmospheric, post-apocalyptic world of one-world survivors. There’s Sebastián, played by Mario Casas, who is struggling to keep his daughter Anna, played by Alejandra Howard, safe from the mysterious invisible monsters. Together they join up with survivors Sofia, played by Naila Schuberth, and Claire, played by Georgina Campbell, as they struggle to make their way through a Barcelona that’s lost all of it’s safety.

But little do they know that Sebastián is inextricably linked to the monsters – in more ways than one. As Sebastián attempts to save those around him, he slowly begins to realise that the person he loves the most isn’t who she seems. As the film progresses it becomes clear that Sebastián has been driven by a greater force, and that force is linked to the monsters.

But as we soon learn, grief can be a powerful tool and Sebastián must risk it all to save the world –
