My name is Sean Tobin and I am a professional athlete.

I decided to start this YouTube channel to share my running journey in building towards the 2028 LA Olympics.

My goal for this channel is to provide an honest insight into the life of a professional runner. It will provide an inside look at my training routines, behind-the-scenes at race meets and an introduction to some people who help me along the way.
