Sorry if this one is kinda rushed, but here's a quick breakdown of my PTS Build. I'll give a bit of a textual breakdown, note that there are some changes coming in PTS Week 3.

3 Piece D3FNC
2 Piece PredMark
Ninja Bag
The House Deadly / Responsive / Cards
MP7 Deadly / Responsive / Hurried

I've rolled 3 pieces with Stamina, 2 Pieces with firearms.

Chest : Health & Skill Haste
Mask : Skillpower
Kneepads : Skillpower
Backpack : Health
Gloves: SMG damage, CHC, CHD
Holster: Reload Speed

I'm using Firearms Mods with Skillpower.
The reason is that with the changes towards Stamina, there's not much need of health, so you can skip it on some Gear pieces and mods.
This give you the opportunity to not roll Electronics on any piece, while still benefit of the skill power to upgrade your shield health.
with around 120k Skillpower and 6000 Stamina, you get 1.010 Million Shield Health.

I'm using Damage Resilience mods, because it's still the best mod in PvP, and with the changes coming in Week 3, where the 3 and 5 piece bonus will be additive, you'll see your Damage Resilience rise and will be really tanky.
PvE Crits are amazing. The house hits 100k Critical hits which is pretty high for an SMG.
