Across the world, people face daily challenges in voicing their concerns about civic issues, infrastructure, public safety, and access to healthcare or agricultural support. Most of today’s systems are outdated, complex, and lack empathy. Complaints get lost, misunderstood, or misrouted. Language barriers, delays, and lack of transparency add frustration to an already broken system.

This platform gives every individual a voice, regardless of language, region, or technical know-how. Whether it’s a spoken message in your native tongue or a typed complaint from your phone, Sampurn Samadhan listens, understands, categorizes, and acts — intelligently.

🔍 Built With Empathy, Powered by Intelligence
Sampurn Samadhan AI is built using a multi-agent LLM pipeline, combining the strengths of IBM WatsonX and DeepSeek via OpenRouter to ensure fallback reliability. It utilizes LangChain for contextual processing, Whisper for multilingual transcription, and ElevenLabs for lifelike voice responses. For users with browser limitations, Web Speech API ensures a smooth fallback experience.

From the frontend to the backend, we designed the entire experience with care:

• React 18 and TypeScript provide a modern, responsive user interface
• Framer Motion and Lucide Icons ensure visual smoothness
• Flask (Python) handles all backend logic including complaint parsing, voice processing, and API routing
• RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) responses ensure relevance and clarity
• FAISS and Sentence Transformers power contextual memory and semantic search
• Firebase handles authentication and real-time sync

🚀 Our Journey
This project was built as part of the Bolt World Hackathon 2025, where developers across the globe collaborated to build innovative, real-world solutions. Using Bolt.new, we planned features, tracked progress, and worked asynchronously. It helped us stay agile, focused, and deeply collaborative.

From backend logic challenges to late-night coding sessions and model tuning frustrations, this journey tested our limits — and strengthened our resolve. We are proud of what we built together in just a few days.
