Are there female apostles in the Bible?

When reading Romans 16, many people conclude that we find a woman apostle in the Bible named Junia, but there is a lot of debate about it. Even if Junia was a woman, is it correct to say she was an apostle of the Church? Watch this short video for my comments on the subject and the essential points that Dianna brings to the topic.
