The effects of a sleepless night on my performance

I like to try out different climbing scenarios in my training to understand myself better for when things get serious. For example when climbing in high altitude, you often need to start your climb in the middle of the night and perform in high risk terrain through the night. So I wanter to monitor the effects of a sleepless night on my body and mind and took off for a 66 km trail run on the technical terrain in Koli National Park in Finland with Noora. We started at 10pm and had one break at sunrise, thanks to our support crew, Don Bowie. We finished the next day in time before the afternoon thunder storms hit. I recorded a lot of my thoughts and feelings on camera and here they are for you to see!
