Описание к видео Cyberpunk Kitchen - Fun with MISO

Miso soup can be seen in the food stalls of Night City - this video will demonstrate three different recipes you can make with Miso and some other ingredients. All of these recipes are easy to make and come together quickly - even the Fancy Soup only take about 20-minutes to make.
1) Salad Dressing (1 serving)

1 Tbsp Miso
1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 Tsp Sesame Oil
Combine equal parts of Miso, Vinegar, and Soy Sause. Whisk until combined. Add a 1/4 Tsp of Sesame oil to add fragrance.

2) Simple Miso Soup (4 Servings)

4 Cups of Water
2 Tbsp Miso paste (Heaping)
1 or 2 Vegetable Bullion Cubes
1/2 LB of Firm Tofu
1 or 2 Mushrooms (sliced thinly)(Optional)
1 or 2 Green Onions (sliced thinly into rings)
1/4 - sheet of Nori (dried seaweed) cut into strips
Bring the water to a boil. While water is heating cut the Tofu into 1/2-in Cubes.
Slice the mushrooms and onions.
Slice or use scissors to cut the Nori into strips
When the water begins to boil, add the Miso and Bullion. Whisk until the Bullion and Miso are dissolved.
Add the mushrooms, Tofu, and onion. Boil for 4-minutes.
Ladle out 1-cup servings of soup - add the nori strips to on top - serve hot.

3) Fancy Miso Soup (2 Servings)

This recipe should be enough for a main-course of a meal. There are a lot of vegetables but they tend to shrink/shrivel when boiled.
4-cups of water
4 cups (4-5 stocks) of Baby Bok Choi
3-4 cups of "greens" (I use Turnip greens)
2 cups bean sprouts
1/2-in Slice of Daikon Radish
1/2 lb. of Firm Tofu
2 "hanks", "bunches" - not sure what to call it - you'll see it when you buy them of 3 - 6mm wide Rice Noodles
1 heaping Tbsp. of Miso paste
2 Vegetable Bullion cubes (or equivalent if using something like Better-than-bullion)
Dash of Dulse flakes
1/4 Tsp. of Sesame Oil.

Bring 4-cups of water to a boil - prepare the rest of the ingredients while the water is heating.
Soak the bean sprouts in a bowl of cold water and a tablespoon of salt.
Cut the Bok Choi leaf's from their stems, wash, and allow to drip dry - to the same for the greens
Cut the Tofu into 1/2 in cubes
Cut and peel a 1/2-in piece of Daikon Radish - slice it as thinly as possible.
When the water begins to boil, add the Miso and Bullion. Whisk until dissolved.
Add the Daikon, Bok Choi, Tofu, greens, and the noodles (ensure that the noodles are cover in the broth)
Boil for 4-minutes
While the soup is boiling, prepare two large bowls by sprinkling in some Dulse flakes into each bowl along with 1/4-Tsp. of Sesame oil.
After 4-minutes, use tong or a slotted spoon (or both!) to dived the cooked noodles and vegetables between the 2 prepared bowls.
Drain and rinse the bean sprouts and add 1/2 to each bowl.
Being careful not spill or burn yourself, pour 1/2 of the remaining soup stock into each bowl.
Serve immediately with chop-stick(or a fork) and a soup spoon.
