Описание к видео RC Microlight Trike Ultralight Hanglider MIA ROBO TRIKE - 2 SEATER Part 1A

http://www.micro-flight.com Designed from scratch dual seater **TOPLESS** RC trike Microlight ultralight. ***** World's Second *****MIA ROBO TRIKE (Microlight) 2 SEATER.

One of my negative fans, follower (Stalker like) was upset that I put "World's First" on many projects which I do as originals and actually are world's first. He even went and made a special video just to send me the message for me to take out those words from my video titles and mocking my videos. So as my response to him, for this new video is "World's Second"lol. Having a little fun with this guy, who has been scrutinizing my work and videos from the very beginning since 2002 and is one of the ones that has been giving all my videos a thumbs down untill I decided to remove ratings. Then goes to post an RC trike (Microlight) himself made to work with weight shift servos at the back like I had in many of my models some posted in 2009, he posts his first sucess video in 2011 and goes online to make claims I copied this form of control not to mention other details of a trike that are standard elements on real ones. Well I went one step further to outdo my orinal designs with the MIA Robo Pilot control weight shift for a more realistic form and this really shut him up for a while, but now he is trying to make a mockery out of everything I post. Says a lot about this guy.

Part 1A, This is the second MIA RC Robo pilot controlled via real steering to control bar, weight shift microlight. Fist flight for this second robo piloted trike, direct off the build that was done more from memory free style design approach.

About the Frame:
I just took a bunch of carbon tubing and rods and started to cut and assemble with the MIA select hardware using nearest whole number dimension of cut, trimming here and there and making adjustment, like a tailor pins a custom suit over a manequin or person. Some fiberglass/carbon plate braces and for the battery holder, Wire Landing gear because this has natural suspension when bent a certain way and this has worked extremely well in many, own airplane helicopter and autogyro designs.

I had a hard time resisting the urge to make some parts in CNC machined aluminum, that is on my MIA Scale RC trike, but this one had to be done without the use of machined parts, only a few that had to be drilled, as most of the bracing is done with the MIA trademark select hardware, which I also used in my Ultralight airplanes and other product I design and manufacture.

The Wing:
Hih Performance Topless, also as my previous original topless Robo Pilot trike (the green-white) one, but made from a different slightly stiffer material, to see if I can get even more speed and efficiency than my original high performance one, just for fun! and to see what it'd do! lol and because I can? and want to? lol.

The Pilots:
Scratch built 3rd generation. My original 1980's RC Robo Pilot has been the model for my second (the world's first robo pilot rc trike, the all aluminum body one) and this latest one done in Composite CNC machined parts, yes I said I was trying to resist making some CNC machined parts, but control parts, like in real form, have to be done with precision so I CNC machined the pilots limbs. The torsos, arms and legs were molded along with the helmets from master molds I had done years back for the original MIA 80's RC Trike Robo Pilot but I left out these specific and special molding parts because I am still perfecting the synthetic material and more importantly, for me a least, the manufacturing of it, so only the torso helmets are shown molded from more typical materials. I am of the believe that if you control manufacturing with your own process and product, you can control the market,.... so part of the work I do, is also making custom machines to make specific parts which also keep me just as busy as doing the models themselves.

The face doesn't show on these becasue that takes more time to assemble the helmets with the faces and paint etc., etc. I could have used already made pilot busts bought, but they never appealed to me because they don't seem to have the right facial expressions and fit to my model application. Besides I wanted to keep the whole model original, something that comes not from a personal ego state of mind, but more from a "what if I decide to manufacture this model and people want to assemble it and fly it with ease".

So there is a big difference when designing and building models from a personal point of view vs. one from manufacturing cost effectively something with perfomance durability and appeal.

Regarding the look of the pilots, I wanted them to still look good with manufacturing simplicity and that's all I was going after since the mechanical robotic parts were already perfected several models before. I am quite pleased...
