Centrally located near all of Southern California's major cities, Temecula Valley is the region's wine country — with 40+ wineries and tons of things to do including Old Town Temecula, so many people are moving to Temecula. Temecula weather is pleasant all year round, and homes for sale in Temecula are newer and offer great neighborhood amenities.

WEATHER
The weather is hotter in Temecula than in San Diego, but MUCH cooler than the rest of the US. It is sunny almost every day in Temecula and the winters are mild and pleasant.
COST of LIVING
The cost of buying a home in Temecula is quite a bit less than San Diego. This is a big reason many people move here. You can get a newer home and a much lower price in Temecula than San Diego.
TRAFFIC
This is one of the problems of living in Temecula. There is commute traffic going into San Diego or Orange County, so be prepared for that.
SCHOOLS
Temecula has top rated schools.
PROPERTY TAXES
