✅ Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, CS, or related wizardry
3–5 years deep in the trenches of Google Ads campaigns

🔍 Role Overview:
You'll build and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and UAC like it's second nature. From A/B testing to competitor stalking (uhh, research), you’ll turn ads into performance machines.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Run and manage campaigns with ninja-like precision
Obsess over CTR, CPC, CPA, and other mysterious acronyms
Troubleshoot tracking gremlins like a tech therapist
Use Google Scripts like a wizard, automating the ad realm
Make reports people actually want to read
Collaborate with design and product peeps for creative brilliance

🧠 Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in Google Ads, Editor, GTM, GA4 (no, that’s not a Star Wars droid)
Excel sheets don’t scare you — they speak to you
Bonus points if you know HTML, JS, SQL
Familiar with Power BI/Tableau — aka data’s Pinterest
Nice-to-haves: Bing Ads, Facebook, affiliate growth hacks
Attention to detail so sharp, it could cut CPC in half
