Keystone - Thierry Deleruyelle

As initially intended when commissioning the piece Keystone of compose Thierry Deleruyelle, we set the goal to perform this music together with both our orchestra and percussion ensemble on a special occasion. In Juli 2024, we started the gala concert of the 10th World Orchestra Festival with our combined version of KEYSTONE.

The piece is started with the percussion arrangement of the piece, accompanied by some brass and woodwinds. After the percussion solo, and the swift conductor swap, the piece continues in its orchestral arrangement. Finally, the percussion ensemble rejoins in the climatic finale to bring the piece to an end. Please enjoy our edition of: KEYSTONE!

Performed at the 10th World Orchestra Festival in Vienna, Austria in the Goldener Saal of the Musikverein.
