UCSF School of Pharmacy - 2021 White Coat Celebration

The White Coat Ceremony is a wonderful and meaningful tradition in which the UCSF School of Pharmacy welcomes first-year doctor of pharmacy (PharmD) students as colleagues dedicated to patient care. Under normal circumstances, pharmacy alumni present entering students with a white coat, the symbol of clinical service and care. The students also take the Oath of a Pharmacist, a pledge of professionalism.
This year the presentation of white coats will take place remotely, and the event will be marked by an online White Coat Celebration. Use the hashtag #UCSFPharmD to share memorable moments of the White Coat Celebration. Join us in congratulating the newest PharmD class as they take this pledge of professionalism as students and colleagues.
