THE BEST OVEN JERK CHICKEN || TERRI-ANNS KITCHEN

Hey guys so after getting so many requests to do a jerk chicken video on it’s own, I decided to upload the jerk chicken recipe taken from my jerk chicken dinner posted few weeks ago as it is foolproof and beginner friendly. Lots of you requested that I did it as a separate video hence the re-upload of this part. Thanks for your support always.


Oven Jerk Chicken

1 kg chicken drumsticks
1 tbs mild jerk seasoning
1 tbs green seasoning
1 tsp browning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp maggi all purpose seasoning (or any of choice)

📌Bake for 1hr 10 minutes on 200•C
📌Baste every 30 minutes and also baste when it’s cooked after taking it out the oven
