You can create your own Teleprompter inexpensively through a simple DIY project. Start by obtaining a 10x10x10 cardboard box and cutting out the front panel, following the instructions in the accompanying video. Clean a 2 MM glass sheet measuring 9.5 x 11.5 inches and place it inside the box. To use the Teleprompter, I recommend creating a stand for it using a studio light stand, a Ply Board, and a stand adapter.
