Red chilli flakes / Kutti lal mirch 1 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder / Bhunna zeera powder 1 teaspoon
Salt / Namak 1 teaspoon (according to taste)
Brown sugar 1 tablespoon
Water 3-4 tablespoons

Ingredients for The Raita
Yogurt / Dahi 1/2 cup
Fresh coriander / Hara dhaniya 1 cup
Mint leaves / Poodina 1/4 cup
Roasted cumin powder / Bhunna zeera powder 3/4 teaspoon
Garlic cloves / Lehsun 2 pieces
Thin green chillies / Hari mirch 2-3 pieces
Salt / Namak 1 teaspoon (according to taste)
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Water 3 tablespoons

Ingredients for The Kabab mixture
Split chickpeas / chana dal 1 cup (soak for 30 minutes)
Water 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste / Lehsun adrak paste 1 tablespoon
Salt / Namak 1 teaspoon (according to taste)
Red chilli powder / Lal mirch 1 teaspoon (according to taste)
Turmeric powder / Haldi 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper / Kali mirch 1 teaspoon (crushed)
Red chilli flakes / Kutti lal mirch 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder 3/4 teaspoon
Potato / Aloo 1 large (boiled)
Thin green chilli / Hari mirch 1-2 pieces
Fresh coriander / Hara dhaniya 3-4 tablespoons
Onion / Piyaz 4 tablespoons (finely chopped)
