Basically, what I paint is in my daily life.
There is something I like to draw in it,
something I need to appeal to, or something interesting...
All ideas are coming from my daily life,
and it seems they are all mixed up deeply.

I don't think of myself as an artist,
but I love to draw, and never thought that it would become my profession.

I just love to draw, and somebody commissioned me to paint.
But, I got simply inspired from just like illustrations from my favorite surf magazines.
I always wanted to draw like that,
and I mostly had copied them,
but I thought making money by copying was not good at all.

So, I'd been thinking...
how I could make my own original style.
Still looking for it though...

After all, what I draw hasn't been changed.
It simply became bigger.
Not putting pen to paper, it just became brush to canvas.

What I draw hasn't been changed.
I draw what I like.
So, it's quite fun though.

These days,
although people say that we have a right to speak up,
you will be severely criticized if you say something different.
It's weird that people say we all can be different,
but it seems we can never be.

Each speech bubble has different colors,
but they are all mixed up and create various colors.
I wanted to paint each different people cooperating together and trying to grab something.
I thought it would be interesting,
if I put something above.

Because I love drawing and painting,
It might be less effort than any other jobs I did before.
Even if I didn't earn money from painting, I still draw pictures after work.
I'm lucky that people seem delighted to buy my art,
therefore, painting becomes my job now.
10 years ago, I struggled with all sorts of things.
But now I can purely draw and paint what I love more.

I hope I can keep painting at my own pace.
