Welcome to the city of Manchester, I’m back again for a walk around the city on this beautiful winters day, there’s a beautiful golden sunrise as we make our way around the city which illuminates the buildings with a golden cast of light. First we head into the city centre and then towards a new addition to the city’s list of skyscrapers, dubbed the “Shudehill Shard” and situated next to the 280 year old Lower Turks Head Pub. Next we head around the Northern Quarter, Ancoats & New Islington Marina. Keep an eye out for some impressive graffiti, construction of Europe’s largest digital ceiling in the Printworks and some beautiful canal boats.
