Ventspils is quite a small city at the baltic sea coast and nowadays known as a nice place to spend your holidays at. Despite that, there arent many hotels about and those I found are quite small and often have a simple design and no elevator. This one - right in the city centre - has got an elevator. It is a Schindler 100 with S-Series buttons? Somehow looks like it. By the way, there is no floor 5 in this building.
