When to Start Looking for a Brokerage: Brand New Real Estate Agent Ontario 🇨🇦

As you are progressing through the Humber College Real Estate Course one thing that is on your mind maybe the most is, when do I start looking for a real estate brokerage as a future brand new real estate agent in Ontario Canada?

Everyone moves at their own pace when it comes to completing the Humber College Real Estate Program. But if you’re anything like me, you like to be organised and practice good time management.

I’ve heard people say it’s never too early to start looking at, and meeting with people about real estate brokerages and to a certain extent I agree. Because if you’re like me, you’re online watching videos and gathering information. So its ok to know the 2 or 3 brokerages on your radar but I waited knowing we have a window in the humber college real estate program.
