In this Dragon Age The Veilguard video guide, I'll show you all the memento locations available in the game. According to the codex, there are 182 mementos in total, but as of now, 4 entries are still missing (20th Dec. 2024).

Collecting mementos will increase your Caretaker power and let you upgrade your weapons and armors in the Lighthouse. Fully upgrade a weapon, armor, and accessory to their highest level and rarity to unlock Enhancements! achievement and trophy.
