Hi guys, this video I found and filmed a classic 20`s bungalow in Cowandilla, Adelaide, which has had some nice modern touches without ruining the typical character found in these era homes. Seems as though I got here just in time as the salvage crew have assessed this place and were ready to start picking it apart. There was absolutely nothing wrong structurally with this home and would have been a very cosy family home or for renters as it still had 3 bedroom for its smaller cosy layout. Lots to love about this house and is very much like one that I currently rent and live in which was also built 1925.
