Feather Fest Tobin and Lobin N.F. Feather

Feather Fest is held on the North Fork of the Feather river just outside of Chico California.This is the premiere California whitewater festival.This was Crazy Bill's first time at the festival. The North Fork of the Feather has 3 sections. Rock Creek is class 3. Tobin is class 5. Lobin is class 4. I only had to scoot once in my G2 10' 6'' Creature Craft on the Lobin run.This run is typically low flow do to all the Dams placed along the river. American Whitewater has fought to get scheduled releases for recreational boaters which makes it a more enjoyable run instead of a rock scrape down the river. At High water, this would be a rock and roll nonstop fun run with holes that would make even a Creature Crafter nervous.
