The Bigham family is well known here in Southern Oregon, after all, they've been growing food here for five generations now, since 1897. Three generations of Bigham men now farm their cousin Wayne Smith's land in Sams Valley, Oregon. Under the shade of the massive Table Rocks, Kenneth Bigham, his son Doug Bigham, and his grandson Brandon Bigham talk about growing up and growing food in Sams Valley, Oregon. The Bighams lost their family farm twice, once to Camp White's military training ground in WWII and again after an expensive land use petition. Here is their story.
