Here is the ingredients break down 👇🏾
2 lbs of chuck roast
13.1oz of red cooking wine
1 sm onion chop
2 chop carrots
4 cloves chop garlic
2 tbsp of fish an meat sauce or soya sauce
2 tbsp of paprika
Salt/ pepper for taste
2 tbsp of adobo all purpose seasoning
1 tbsp of maggi seasoning or steak seasoning
1 tbsp of Fk green seasoning
2 sm chop potato
Fresh rosemary
6 cup of water
Fresh Thyme
