Menurut cerita, nenek moyang orang Manado (Minahasa) adalah keturunan Raja Ming dari Tionghoa. Tidaklah mengherankan jika beberapa makanan di Sulawesi Utara ada yang mirip dengan makanan khas Tionghoa.

Pangsit salah satu yang sering di jumpai, bahkan tidak lengkap rasanya makan mie tanpa pangsit rebus atau goreng.

Kali ini saya mencoba membuat pangsit goreng versi saya 😉
