Ingredients:

For the Chicken Filling:

2 Eggs
1 tsp Crushed red chili
1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
1 tsp Black pepper
1 cup Boiled chicken (shredded)
For the Cabbage Mayonnaise:

1 cup Cabbage (shredded)
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Salt (or to taste)
Additional Ingredients:

1 Egg
Oil (as required for frying)
Burger Bun
Lettuce (optional)
Cheese slice (optional)
Ketchup (as per taste)
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken Filling:

In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs with crushed red chili, salt, and black pepper.
Add the shredded boiled chicken to the egg mixture and mix well.
Heat a pan with some oil and cook the chicken egg mixture on medium flame until it turns golden brown. Set aside.
Make the Cabbage Mayonnaise:

In a separate bowl, combine shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, black pepper, and salt.
Mix well and set aside.
Prepare the Burger Patty:

Beat 1 egg and pour it into the hot pan with some oil.
Fry the egg until it is fully cooked and set aside.
Assemble the Burger:

Take the bottom half of the burger bun and spread some ketchup if desired.
Add a layer of the cabbage mayonnaise mixture.
Place the cooked chicken and egg patty on top of the cabbage mixture.
Add a slice of cheese and the fried egg.
Top with lettuce if you like.
Close the burger with the top half of the bun.
Serve:

Serve the Double Egg Chicken Mayo Burger hot with fries or your favorite dipping sauce.
