NGO HIANG | Chinese Meat Rolls | Five spice Rolls

NGO HIANG is normally served during Lunar New Year. Its name symbolises a family will come together and be in reunion during this festive. While each family has their own recipe, it is always in the shapes of rolls.

This is my family’s recipe for years. I love preparing this on special occasions as it always bring smile on their faces and it pleases everyone’s tummy too.
