The Ultimate China Park Experience - 12 hours at People’s Park, Chengdu

In this China vlog, I spend a full day at Chengdu’s People’s Park or Renmin Gongyuan (四川成都人民公园) located in Sichuan, China. Not only is it the perfect place to witness the local Chengdu laidback culture, but it’s the reason I moved to this city and the prime example that in china, the culture of a park are unlike anywhere else. Built in 1911, this park is rich in history and day and night it’s home to all kinds of activities, including getting your ears cleaned, or 掏耳朵, as well as drinking tea.
