Supreme Court Dismayed at Gujarat High Court Delaying Rape Victim’s Plea For Abortion

On Saturday, the 19th of August, the Supreme Court heard an urgent plea for medical termination of pregnancy of a rape victim who is 28 weeks pregnant.
