Godrej Splendour, spread across a sprawling 18 acres land parcel, offers 1,200+ vastu compliant, 1, 2, and 3BHK units. As part of Phase-1, the developer has launched nine towers of 27 floors on 10 acres. There will be four apartments on each floor. The developer promises about 80% green open space and an in-house air purification technology. The possession of the project is likely to be in 2027.

Godrej Splendour offers 50+ amenities, including a meditation deck, swimming pool, gym, squash court, jogging track/ green walkways, kids’ play area, multipurpose hall, cafeteria and 1 covered car parking space per unit

The project is situated on the Belathur Main Road. It’s around 2-3 km away from Whitefield-Hoskote Road, 6 km from Hope Farm Junction and about 3.5 km from Old Madras Road. There are many builder floors and small apartments in the vicinity. Belathur Main Road is in decent condition. However, it is yet to be completed.

Software companies and Tech Parks in Whitefield, Kadugodi and surrounding areas are the nearest job hubs. Many educational institutions (National Public school, Whitefield, Valistus International School, Orchids International school- Kadugodi, Maple school) of good repute and hospitals can be found within a 5-km radius. However, one might have to travel a bit for premium healthcare facilities in multi-speciality hospitals like Manipal and the like.

In terms of retail and commercial facilities, you will find small outlets on Belathur Main Road. However, you might have to head to Whitefield-Hoskote Road or Whitefield for shopping centres. Forum Shantiniketan, Ascendas Park Square Mall, Inorbit Mall and Phoenix Market City Mall are 7 to 9 km from the project.

Access to public transport facilities is good from Belathur Main Road or the Whitefield-Hoskote Road. The nearest upcoming metro station, opposite MJR Pearl on Whitefield-Hoskote Road, is 4-5 km away. It is likely to be completed by the time you get possession of the project.

Though the project doesn’t really encourage walk-to-work culture, it certainly cuts down on your commuting time as employment centres in Whitefield, Kadugodi and other nearby areas are situated in proximity. Social infrastructure facilities are decent, and once the metro kicks off in Whitefield, it will be beneficial for the residents of this area to commute across the entire city. Overall, the project is suitable both for end use and investment.
