Faux Hawk Hair Tutorial

BuzzFeed recently featured me in an article called "15 ways to up your braid game" http://www.buzzfeed.com/leonoraepstei...

Since then I have been getting a ton of requests for a tutorial. The problem, however, was this look was created at a braid bar at Coachella and while it was my concept, it wasn't my execution.

I didn't want to leave you guys hanging so I decided to enlist the help of my friend T'Nique, who just so happens to be a celebrity hair stylist (www.tniquejones.com) to re-create the look for you.
