This is your 30 Minute Kettlebell AMRAP workout! AMRAP means as many rounds as possible. Today we'll be using your kettlebell and we will have four exercises in a four-minute round followed by two exercises in a two-minute round. It's gonna be quick but it's gonna be fun!
