Almost 60 years after the original cars were made, Aston Martin introduced their Continuation models, heritage cars hand built with authenticity but integrating modern engineering advancements. In 2017 they introduced the DB4 GT, built by Aston Martin Works at Newport Pagnell, the same site as the originals were produced.
In 2019 they introduced the second car in the series, the DB4 GT Zagato and I was fortunate enough to visit the world’s oldest purpose-built car manufacturing facility at the time, to see these iconic machines being rebirthed.
