Hello everyone, so today we had a pellet fuel delivery to an awesome gentleman that has a haunted trail setup in his backyard! He even invited us back! Unfortunately we found out after we showed up that someone sold him a service that they werent supposed to and we called the store on his behalf and alerted the manager which she quickly understood without having to explain and she refunded the customer the extra service charges!
