Chest pain is not always gas. It can be a heart attack — and every second matters. 🚨❤️

Every year, thousands of people in India suddenly lose their lives to heart attacks, often because people around them don’t know what to do at the right time. If the correct steps are taken within the first 60–90 minutes (Golden Hour), up to 90% of lives can be saved.

• Chest pressure, tightness, or burning pain lasting more than 5 minutes
• Pain spreading to the left arm, shoulder, back, neck, or jaw
• Profuse sweating, nausea, dizziness, breathlessness
👉 Silent or different symptoms in women, elderly patients, and people with diabetes

🚑 What to do immediately – Step by Step (Golden Hour Action Plan):

1️⃣ Call an ambulance immediately – 108
Do NOT drive yourself to the hospital.

2️⃣ Make the patient sit comfortably or lie in a half-reclining position
Loosen tight clothing. Stay calm.
3️⃣ If there is no aspirin allergy, no vomiting or bleeding, and the doctor has not restricted it
Give 160–325 mg Aspirin (chewed).
Do NOT give painkillers like ibuprofen.
4️⃣ If the person becomes unconscious
Start Hands-Only CPR
Press hard and fast in the center of the chest
60–80 compressions per minute, 5–6 cm depth
Continue until the ambulance arrives or breathing returns.

⏱️ Do not wait for the pain to increase.
❌ Do not become a doctor by searching online.

In a heart attack, every second counts.
