In this project, I have built a distance measurement system using a Hall effect sensor and a magnet.
The Hall sensor is placed on the side of the wheel, and a magnet is attached to the wheel.
As the wheel rotates, the magnet passes in front of the Hall sensor and generates pulses.

Each rotation is counted, and based on the wheel circumference, the total distance is calculated.
The measured distance is then displayed on a webpage in real time.

This project is useful for applications like:

Speed and distance tracking

Bicycle or vehicle odometer systems

IoT-based monitoring systems
