STAGES AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT FOR AN APARTMENT.
For our new residential complex ILKEM RIO project, the following payment terms are provided: 1st installment of 30% - balance 70% in equal parts (monthly or quarterly).
▪️ To draw up an apartment purchase and sale agreement, only the buyer’s foreign passport is required.
▪️ A bilateral agreement is concluded between the construction company ILKEM YAPI and the buyer in Turkish and Russian.
▪️ To reserve an apartment and fix its cost, within 5 working days after signing the contract, you must make an advance payment of €1.000. If the client refuses to purchase an apartment, the advance payment is not refunded.
▪️ Within 15 working days after signing the contract, you must make an initial payment of 70% of the cost of the apartment.
▪️The buyer makes the remaining payment in equal installments (monthly or quarterly) until the completion date of the project.
▪️All conditions, amounts and dates are specified in the purchase and sale agreement in Russian and Turkish.
