Below is a summary of the video:

1. Leaning Forward
Let's say you're in a meeting with a senior, perhaps your boss or line manager or someone else altogether and during that meeting they lean forward over a desk
This action, especially if they keep their hands apart, is naturally showing a dominant personality and this action is a way they portray this to you in this moment in time
When someone not only feels confident, but also feels like they have power, they will often take up a stance to try and assert that dominance using such an action
It's also the same when someone gets aggressive, they try and often assert dominance using a similar stance, essentially making themselves appear as big and intimidating as possible

2. Expansive Pose
If you cross or close off your arms in front of others this can often be a sign of feeling defensive or closed off, giving off signals to other people that you aren't comfortable with them
Likewise, an open and expansive pose appears more open and friendly to others, making it a much more appealing and attractive posture to have when meeting someone new
This also suggests that you might be more willing to speak your mind with others and share your thoughts and feelings, which can be great to build a closer relationship
Likewise, it's a great sign of confidence, as it maintains natural dominance as previously discussed, but also shows a more relaxed and carefree attitude, making you appear much more approachable

3. Unnatural Facial Actions
Your face is the most expressive part of your body and communicates an incredible amount to other people when you talk or interact with them
However, while a natural and unstressed demeanor is appealing, you might be doing many things that give off signs of nerves or stress during a conversation
For example, if you put your hands over your face you'll naturally give off signals of nervousness or discomfort, especially if you're scratching or fidgeting
Likewise, you might give off other signals when you speak to suggest the same level of discomfort or that you're holding back when speaking, such as biting your lip, which is where the famous saying comes from

4. Shoulders Down
Think about when you've felt confidence in your life and think about how you felt physically in that moment in time, chances are each time you had a similar posture
This is that you had your head up, chest out and importantly, shoulders down and a little back, all of which show greats signs that you are confident and happy within yourself
Not only does this posture help others know you feel confident in that moment in time, but can actually help you feel better in moments you might not feel so great
That's because when you physically take actions of feeling confident, you're equally sending signals to the brain to let it know you feel this way too, essentially tricking the brain in believing you are comfortable in that specific moments in time

5. Head Tilted
When you speak to a dog and it's try to listen and understand what you're saying, what do they normally do? They tilt their head right?
Well, interestingly humans exhibit similar behaviour with their posture, as people can sense if you're engaged and listening or not simply by looking at your body posture
The telltale signs are you lean in, make small movements to show engagement such as nodding your head and you tilt your head a little
All of which show to the other person that not only are you listening, but you're immersed in the conversation with them
