Check and Prepare the PP Material
Ensure the polypropylene (PP) raw material is clean, dry, and free of contamination. If needed, dry the resin using a hopper dryer to prevent moisture-related defects in the final plastic case.

Fill the Hopper
Pour the PP granules into the machine’s hopper carefully. Use a funnel or loader system if available to avoid spillage and maintain a clean working environment.

Set Material Parameters
Program the machine with the correct temperature settings for PP—typically between 180°C to 240°C depending on the grade and mold design. Adjust screw speed and back pressure accordingly.

Prime the Injection System
Allow the material to feed through the barrel and purge any previous material or air from the system. Watch for smooth, consistent flow before beginning actual production.

Begin Molding Cycle
Once the PP material is melted and properly purged, initiate a test run of the mold. Check part quality, cooling time, and mold filling before ramping up to full production.
